About

I work as a consumer researcher at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden in Stockholm. My research area is consumer culture with particular focus on market dynamics, consumption practices and consumer identities within the domain of food culture.

Using interdisciplinary approaches, I conduct commissioned research for organisations that need an overview of existing scientific research and lead empirical research projects with specific research agendas towards sustainability, food and consumer culture.

I’m also an affiliated researcher at the centre for retail research at Lund University, operating within the research group Connoisseurship, Snobbery, and Cultivation.

In addition, I speak about sociocultural food trends and how these effect consumer culture, economy, marketing and governance. My presentations aims to be an interactive endeavour that inspire, educate and provoke the audience.
