Marcus K. Adevi

I’m a food and consumer researcher at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden, operating within the food industry. In my research, I use socio-cultural approaches to further understand the dynamic relationships between consumer actions, the marketplace, and cultural meanings with particular focus on social food trends and popular food culture.
